Telephone System Maintenance & Support
We consider selling a new system as only the starting point of a relationship with a new customer. However, you needn't have bought your telephone system from Intellia to benefit from our technical support or competitive prices.
We offer annual maintenance to help you deal with the inevitable issues that arise with your equipment from time to time. If your current provider is failing to perform as you'd like or if the cost of the contract isn't offering value, contact us for an alternative quote.
We can offer cover for the following manufacturers:
- Nortel BCM50, BCM200 and BCM400 and LG (old systems also known as Goldstar) GDK, LDK, IPLDK and IPECS including Hotel systems.
- BT (Nortel) Meridian Compact, Compact Plus, Meridian Modular and Modular Plus. Also BT Versatility, BT Inspiration and BT Revelation. We also work on most Panasonic systems.
Our service is fully comprehensive and includes telephone support for the quick resolution of minor issues, engineer call-outs to an agreed standard, repairs and replacement parts as required.
